The family room was spotless and well-equipped.
The bathroom door didn’t close all the way.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We took a boat trip along the river and enjoyed a concert in the park. The location is super convenient for exploring, just a short walk to local eateries. Plus, the staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was a great deal too!
The only downside was the unusual bathroom setup. It was a bit cramped, and I wish it had a more traditional layout.

Had a blast with friends! We explored boat trips along the river and caught a concert in the park. The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from everything. Rooms are spacious with all the basics, and breakfast was solid. Perfect for our group vacation.
One downside was the tiny toilet and shower pod in the room. it felt cramped and not very comfortable.

A comfortable night near the train station, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with tea/coffee facilities. A friendly staff member assisted with luggage, and local eateries were conveniently nearby. the odd design of the shower took some getting used to, and the sound of traffic from the street was noticeable because of the single-pane windows.

Unfortunately, the double bed was quite lumpy and uncomfortable. I tried to find a comfortable position but it was really challenging. It disrupted my sleep, and I couldn't relax after a long day of travel.

Cozy stay with a great location
I had a lovely experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my twin room was not only spacious but also clean and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and the city center, making it easy to explore Chester. the bathroom was quite small, which could be uncomfortable for some.

the hotel was very handy for the train station n just a short walk to city centre. our twin room was large n bed was super comfy. the staff were friendly, helping us carry our bags n accommodating when we needed something. very quiet at night which was nice too. for the price we paid, it was def worth it.
but the bathroom was tiny n could use a lil update. also, the decor is a bit dated n needs some TLC.

Great base for Chester adventures
We spent 2 nights here and it was super convenient! The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. Only 15 mins walk to city centre and a nice pub across the street. A bit noisy from the road outside, but not too bad. Toiletries were included, and the staff were really friendly!

The twin room was spacious and comfy which was nice. The beds felt good, and the place was clean overall. I appreciated having toiletries and tea/coffee available. It was also quiet during our stay, so getting a good night’s sleep wasn't a problem. Staff were friendly, and one even helped carry my bag which was cool. The location was handy, just a short walk from both the train station and the city center. It was a decent budget option, but don’t expect anything fancy.

Just a decent option for a lightning stop in Chester with good value considering price it charged. Room was clean and warm, with friendly staff ready to help. If you’re looking for quiet, ask for a room at the back away from traffic.
